Patrick N. Kelleher is the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Materiel Readiness, overseeing a $90 billion maintenance program and ensuring core depot-level maintenance for major weapon systems and military equipment. Previously, he was the Principal Deputy Director for Strategic Logistics at the Joint Staff, advising the Chairman and Vice Chairman on logistics. He also served as Executive Director at the Defense Logistics Agency, managing global combat logistics support. Mr. Kelleher played a key role in the Federal COVID-19 Response Team, overseeing vaccine distribution. His Marine Corps career includes various leadership roles and eight deployments, including command positions in Iraq. He holds degrees in International Relations and National Security, with awards including the Presidential Letter of Recognition and Bronze Star Medal.
