What are industry and DoD doing today to bring these two concepts together?

Precision Sustainment to Maximum Efficiency

The recent conflicts around the globe have illuminated the challenges that face the US with regards to sustainment in detail. The scale is larger than we expected, lifecycles are longer, and the platforms themselves distributed around the world.  How do we more accurately forecast and predict demand and the logistics needed to support it? And how might we actually think about reducing demand and becoming more precise in anticipating it?
• BG Shane Upton,
Director, U.S. Army Futures Command Contested Logistics Cross-Functional Team
• CAPT Andrew T. Pecora II,
Commander, Surface Forces Logistics Center, U.S. Coast Guard
• Patrick N. Kelleher,
Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Materiel Readiness
• Andy Lowery, CEO, Epirus
• Moderator: Colin Demarest,

Modernization at the Pace of Conflict
The operational realities of current global conflicts have drawn a vivid picture of the need to accelerate modernization efforts of key systems. As DoD executes its most ambitious modernization agenda in decades, this panel brings together key architects and technologists driving major service modernization initiatives to examine what's working, what isn't, and what's next.
• LTG Josh Rudd, Deputy Commander, USINDOPACOM
• Jim Rebesco,
CEO, Striveworks
• Dan Jablonsky, CEO, Ursa Major
• Moderator: Mike Stone,

Production and American Re-industrialization

The U.S. defense industrial base is tapped out, with multi-year production backlogs for critical munitions, antiquated facilities operating at maximum capacity, and continued dependence on strategic competitors. How do we rethink production paradigms through additive manufacturing and AI to improve production capacity and ensure strategic endurance? How can modern manufacturing create responsive, data driven systems that meet warfighter needs?
• Brent Sadler, Senior Research Fellow, The Heritage Foundation
• Troy Demmer,
Founder, Gecko Robotics
• Christopher Miller
, Executive Director, Naval Sea Systems Command
• Moderator:  Lauren Williams,
