Lieutenant General Chris Mohan is the Deputy Commanding General of the U.S. Army Materiel Command, overseeing daily logistics operations and serving as Senior Commander of Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. A native of Carthage, North Carolina, he commissioned in 1989 after graduating as a Distinguished Military Graduate from Appalachian State University with a degree in Criminal Justice. He holds advanced degrees in National Security and Military Strategy. Mohan’s extensive leadership includes command roles at the Army Sustainment Command, 21st Theater Sustainment Command, and operations in Iraq and Afghanistan. He has held pivotal strategic logistics positions and deployed in support of major operations.
