Olivia Clepper serves as Chief Operating Officer at Govini. Olivia and her team directly support Govini’s vast array of clients through software training, market research support, and analysis, focused on building trusted relationships and partnerships. Prior to Govini, Olivia was a GWAC/IDIQ Program Manager at Unisys, managing vehicles such as CIO-SP3 and GSA Schedule 70. During her previous tenure at OnPoint and Sapient, Olivia served as Sr. Market Researcher and Business Developer, conducting in depth competitive and teaming partner analyses; proposal coordinator, and vehicle administrator for Alliant SB, ITS-SB, 8(a) STARS II, and others, for task order based business development.
