Amir Hegazy serves as Chief Strategy Officer at Govini. Amir and his team lead Govini’s corporate development, capture and partnership efforts. Prior to joining Govini, Amir was a Managing Director at Berenson where he spent 16 years advising software and technology-enabled services businesses on a variety of transactions, including buy-side and sell-side assignments, debt and equity capital raises and restructurings. Additionally, Amir was a senior member of Berenson Capital (the firm's investment arm) and served on the board of Skience from 2018-2024. Amir graduated cum laude with a B.A. in finance and a minor in economics from Pace University and resides in New York City.
