I think Govini solves a critical pain point for the U.S. Government, and it feels great to be connected to a mission in such a tangible way. The caliber of talent here was also a huge draw for me!
How has being a veteran shaped you?
Being a veteran has given me a concrete understanding of the sacrifices needed to maintain our degree of freedom, and an appreciation for being tied to a mission much larger than any one person.
How can Americans show their appreciation for veterans?
Gratitude for and participation in the American way of life and government is the biggest way to say "thank you" in my opinion. Americans can do that by participating in local civic activities, by voting in elections, by keeping apprised of issues that matter to them, and by voicing their opinion informed by their unique background so we can use our diversity as our strength.
